Sharon FerroSharon Ferro started out with the promoters over 32 years ago. She was instrumental in expanding, as well as, independently managed the company’s operations in the USA. Her ability to quickly ‘learn the ropes’ together with her warm and pleasant disposition make her the perfect candidate to develop the MARS vision in the highlands of Scotland.
Sinclair PintoSinclair Pinto young entrepreneur and a passionate Chef, Sinclair Pinto comes with a fine experience of over 15 years with Michelin Star restaurants across the UK and USA. As a Corporate Chef, Sinclair is a perfectionist who thrives for quality. His passion to innovate and creative culinary approach has helped him build credibility within the group.
Chetna SinghChetna Singh has extensive experience of over 14 years in Training, Leadership Development and Counseling. She oversees the Human Resources and Learning & Development Functions. Chetna's ability to multitask, coupled with a sense of foresightedness and affable personality, enables her to successfully put together an enthusiastic team that shares the organization’s vision and culture.
Nathan FieldingNathan Fielding has over 9 years of experience in managing Hotel Operations with a focus on Food & Beverage. His love for the outdoors has encouraged him to travel and he enjoys being challenged, physically and mentally. Nathan prides himself on delivering results whether it be customer service or profitability.
Maria FieldingMaria Fielding warm and caring, has strong interpersonal skills and is passionate about customer care. She brings with her over 7 years of experience in managing hotels with a strong focus on revenue management and excellent leadership skills. Nathan and Maria work seamlessly together to create a one-of-a-kind experience for our guests in the Highlands.
